Commencing in just a few days, Music on the Marr is celebrating its 10th birthday this year, with even more music; dancing, and good ole fashioned Cumbrian hospitality! Celebrate what makes Cumbria the place to be at this fantastic little not-for-profit festival in the village of Castle Carrock.

Aspatria Music Festival is an annual non-profit live music festival based in Aspatria, North of Keswick. Held in a great central location, with shops only 2 mins walk away; experience a fantastic view of the fells and mountains as you dance the night away. Featuring Pink and Pink Floyd tributes, amongst others this year, it promises to be a fun weekend for the whole family.

It’s not too late to buy tickets for the Lake District’s biggest music festival! This amazing weekend spectacular features music this year from the likes of Courteeners; Doves; Manic Street Preachers; Nile Rodgers; Tom Jones, and many more. So, pack your tent and head for the fields, for a Summer festival you won’t soon forget!

Lake District Summer Music is an international music and arts festival, with chamber music at its heart. Each year, LDSM features more than 40 events in venues all over the South Lakes, including Kendal, Windermere, Ambleside, Grange-Over-Sands and Ulverston.

Centred around Hawkshead Brewery's 'Beer Hall', There’s no better place to host the perfect Lake District Folk Weekend. Taking place place in the picturesque Lakeland village of Staveley, near Kendal, this year promises to be jam-packed with amazing folk bands from far and wide.

Ambleside Days – A Contemporary Music Festival

Ambleside Days is a contemporary jazz festival run by local business, Zefferellis. It takes place every year in the popular tourist village of Ambleside. Hosting an impressive plethora of talented jazz musicians, both local and from further afield.
7 – 10 May 2020
The Keswick Jazz Festival runs over four days in May, with an amazing, international cross-section of entertainment venues across Keswick. You can purchase a ‘stroller’ ticket, that will allow you to visit any of the performances at will.
15-17 May 2020
Headlined by The Peatbog Fairies this year; next year promises to be another rip-roaring event. Keswick mountain festival is so much more than music though. Enjoy camping; talks; sports events; races; amazing food; real Cumbrian ales, and much more at this family-friendly weekend of fun in Keswick!
